With Focal ES, we start you out with either our standard employee engagement survey which contains approximately 85 questions in 20 categories, most of which are similar to those found on our list of sample employee survey items. Many organizations find that our standard list of categories and questions work well for them, but you can customize the list as much as you want - add items, remove items, or change the wording of items to suit your specific needs.     Reports include benchmarked data (standardized scores) that show how your employee survey results compare to the results received by other organizations. This can be helpful when deciding which issues to focus on. The landscape of issues, attitudes, and opinions often looks different when viewed in the context of standardized scores.
